Hot chocolate with marshmallows
	
	This luscious hot chocolate is for serius chocoholics

	Ingredients (serves 8)
	
	1 cup thickened cream
	2 litres milk
	2 teaspoons vanilla extract
	1 tablespoon caster sugar
	250g good-quality dark chocolate, broken into squares
	24 marshmallows
	
	Method
	
	1.Whip cream until soft peaks form. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
	
	2.Combine mil, vanilla and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring
	occasionally
	
	3.Divide chocolate between 8 heatproof 300ml-capacity glasses. Pour milk over
	chocolate. Top with cream and marshmallows. Serve
